Programme and Governance Manager
Paul Wilson is the Programme and Governance Manager at the Bureau, responsible for overseeing strategic programmes, governance arrangements, and organisational risk management. Drawing on experience in technology, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), operational resilience, and project management, he helps ensure the Bureau delivers its priorities effectively while maintaining strong governance and resilience. He works across teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, strengthen organisational capability, and support the delivery of Northern Ireland's interests in North America.
