Brian is an international relations professional with a focus on human rights development and has conducted significant study on post-conflict development opportunities across numerous regions and geopolitical interests. He joined the Northern Ireland Bureau in October 2023.
Before joining the Bureau, he has worked as a research assistant and lecturer for a think tank in Yerevan on refugee and trade issues in the South Caucasus, a consultant on diaspora initiatives, a media specialist for a Sub-Saharan African humanitarian NGO, within finance, and was a State Department analytics intern for the African Media Hub – totaling 4 years of professional experience.
A native of Worcester Massachusetts, Brian graduated with honors after completing a BS of Economics from Worcester State University. He is also an MS in International Studies – Conflict Resolution alumnus from Northeastern University.
